The next generation Leopard has been re-designed to further improve reliability while maintainting the same performance as the last generation model.  A re-design of the crankcase has a large finning surface which drastically improves engine cooling. The longer base improves stiffening while reducing vibration.  The crankshaft has also been strengthened and the clutch hub fixing cone is a example of this.  In order to lengthen the life of the main bearings and crankshaft, a third bearing support is located in the clutch protection cover.  Simply, IAME has redesigned a winning engine to be even more durable and dependable.

Engines Now In Stock!  

3G is proud to annouce the 2009 Rotax FR125 engines are now available. The new cylinders incorporate CNC machining around the exhaust port and central boost port. This is to minimize variations from cylinder to cylinder and improves durability.

In addition, all 2009 model engines come with the new clutch and steel balance shaft gears making the new package even MORE reliable and lower maintenance than ever!

  The new engines are released for the current pricing of $2,995 for Rotax Jr. packages and $3,195 for Sr. packages. Call us for details.
